Using the Clinic Survey Tracker, update the Raw data tab, by getting the list of employees who visited the clinic from the Clinic Wait List.

EID Number

Copy the EID number and paste it on the "Monitoring" tab.

Check for discrepancies

Check for discrepancies such as terminated employees or unknown EIDs. Indicate remarks as needed.

Update df report

Update the DF Report Data by generating the Honduras Active list on DF (Include inactive and terminated employees).

Send clinic visit message

send the message via the DF Message Center and update the Clinic Survey Tracker.
