People start to grow their food and get resources such as: meat, chicken, milk, eggs, pork, sheep wool, etc.
The inhabitants of the period created communal "Long barrows" to venerate their ancestors.
Stonehenge construction located below the midsummer sunrise and midwinter sunset. This was used as a temporary marker.
It was the time where people began to farm.
The people of this period did not write anything. Also, they created vases and axes.

The elements were immersed in cold water or snow to make them rigid.
Iron that could be found in other places such as bogs.
Iron Age marks an important point in human evolution.

The wall
Hadrian's Wall was a defensive fortification that stretched across northern England. This structure was built by 15,000 men in 6 years.
Claudius the emperor
The Emperor sends 40,000 soldiers across the canal and quickly defeats them violently.
The Celts
The ancient Greeks and Romans called the Iron Age peoples of Western Europe "Celts". Many of these Celtic peoples spoke related languages and created similar abstract artistic styles. Britain and Ireland were never explicitly referred to as Celtic peoples. Celtic alphabet: The Celtic alphabet, also known as ogham, is a writing system used by the ancient Celts in the British Isles and Ireland.
Harald Hardrada (Nordic), king of Norway, invades England. - Harold II of England defeats and kills Harald Hardrada. -William of Normandy lands at Pevensey and begins the Norman Conquest. -William of Normandy defeats and kills Harold II at the Battle of Hastings. -William of Normandy is crowned king of England.
