First, let's go over the two diffeent kinds of clocks!

Digital Clock
Analog Clock The hour hand is the short hand. The minute hand is the long hand.

How do we tell time? Let's watch this video that will help us learn how!

How to tell time

  • Hour hand - short hand
  • Minute hand - long hand
The time is: 5: 35
Look where the hour hand is. What number is it past? Count by 1's.
Next, look at the where the minute hand is. What number is it on? Count by 5's.
