Quali adempimenti e provvedimenti?

La legge 170 ha voluto ampliare il diritto allo studio già previsto generalmente dalla nostra Costituzione (art. 34). Essa ha infatti presentato ai docenti degli strumenti riconosciuti su base nazionale per garantire un’offerta formativa a 360°. La legge 170 ha anche introdotti degli strumenti specifici per affrontarli. Suddividendoli in tre macrocategorie, si tratta del Piano Didattico Personalizzato (PDP), degli strumenti compensativi e delle misure dispensative.
