Structure:Subject + am-is-are + past participle ( + by + agent).
STRUCTURE AND EXAMPLES:
We use this to emphasize the action and the recipient of the action, rather than the doer (subject).
SIMPLE PRESENT
Subject + am-is-are + being + past participle ( + by + agent).Examples:-The house is being cleaned by the maid.-The project is being discussing by the team.
Structure and Examples:
PRESENT CONTINOUS
This is used to describe actions that are currently happening and emphasize the action or the reciever of the actio rather than doer.
Subject + was-were + past participle (+ by + agent)Examples:-The letter was sent by Jonh-The cake was baked by Mary

We use this to describe actions that were completed in the past, emphasizing the action and its reciever, rather than the doer.
Subject + was-were + being + past participle ( + by + agent).Examples:-The bridge was being built by the workers.-The documents were being reviewed by the manager

We use it to describe actions that were happening at a specific moment in the past, emphasizing the action or the reciever of the action rather than the doer.

Subject + will be + past participle ( + by + agent).-The report will be written by Sarah.-The building will be painted by the workers

We use it to describe actions that will happen in the future, focusing on the action and its reciever, rather than the doer.
Simple future
Subject + has-have benn + past participle ( + by + agent).-The email has been sent by Tom_The project has been finished by the team.

Present Perfect
This is used to describe actions that have benn completed at some point before now, focusing on the action or its recipient rather than doer.
Subject + had been + past participle ( + by + agent).-The dinner had benn prepared by the chef before the guests arrived.-The documents had benn signed by the manager before the meeting started.

Past Perfect
This is used to describe actions that were completed before another action or point in the past, focosing on the action or the recipien than the doer.
Must be:-The homework must be finished by the students
Structure:Subject + modal verb + be + past particple ( + by + agent).
Whem we use the modal verbs, the stucture changes slightly to reflect both the modal verb and the passive construction.
The usage with modals
May be:-The decision may be announced tomorrow.
Can be:-The problem can be solved by the team.
Should be:-The report should be submited by Friday
