What is inequality?

The term inequality means when one gender is advantaged compared to other,for example, economical, political contexts and in everyday public life.

Even 2024, gender disparities are stiil present in the employament and working field mostly as job availabity and salary differences

We need laws apted to protect women's wages, to ensure that for the same kind of work, the montly salary of a female employer is the same as the male's one
