PHASE II

PHASE I

The main objective is to protect the joint, reduce the pain and control the edema. This prepares the injured tissue for reconstruction.

The goal in this phase is to start moving to regain wrist function, but very carefully not to increase the injury.

FINAL PHASE

PHASE III

The patient will begin doing some potentiation exercises. Always progressing from less to more and working all movements involving the wrist joint

In this phase, the goal is to recover the conditions that the wrist had before the injury, and to do as much work as possible to prevent the injury from happening again.
