Rosa Louise Parks was born on 4 February 1913, in Alabama in United States. She was an American activist and she was symbolic figure of the civil rights movement, who became famous for having refused to give up her seat on a bus to a white man in 1955, thus giving rise to the bus boycott
Raymond Arthur Parks was an American activist in the civil rights movement and barber, best known as the husband of Rosa Parks. His wife called him “the first real activist I ever met”.
She died on 24 October 2005 in Michigan in United States.
