Baking at 2200 degrees
After molding, the products are subjected to a high-temperature bake at around 2200 degrees. This baking process is vital for strengthening the material, improving its durability, and ensuring thermal stability under operational conditions.
Wet granulation and drying
In this phase, the weighed mix elements are combined through wet granulation, binding the particles into a consistent granular form. The granulated mixture is then dried to eliminate excess moisture, a crucial step for preparing the material for the next stages of milling and molding.
Milling and Sieving
The dried granules undergo milling, where they are ground into a finer powder, ensuring uniformity in texture and particle size. Post-milling, the material is sieved to remove any oversized particles, further enhancing the consistency of the powder.
Molding
The prepared material is then placed in molds to shape it into the desired forms. The molding process is crucial as it determines the final shape and dimensions of the product.
Mix Element Weighing
This initial stage involves accurately measuring and weighing each raw material component. Precision in this step ensures the correct proportions of materials, which is essential for the quality and performance consistency of the final product.
Inspection and Packaging
The final step involves a thorough inspection of each product to ensure adherence to quality and performance standards. This may include dimensional accuracy, material properties, and overall performance checks. Upon passing the inspection, the products are packaged appropriately to protect them during transit and handling, ensuring they reach customers in perfect condition.
