José, te escribo esta carta porque pienso que es más romántico y para decirte que desde que te ví en la app, me gustaste muchísimo. Pienso que eres un chico muy amable, increíble y además guapo. We use it for a past that finished already, or for something that happened specific times in the past. This is the past tense that has more irregular verbs.
We use it to talk about routines in the past, something repetitive, descriptions of people, things and situations (in the past).
