Africa is a large and beautiful continent. With over one billion people, 54 nations, and many cultures, there are many things to experience. From pyramids to deserts to rivers to even green lands, Africa is known for it all.

Egypt is a wonderful place with beautiful sights. Egypt is where you'll find pyramids and the longest African river, the Nile River .

South Africa

South Africa is known as the "Rainbow Nation" due to its wide range of cultures. South Africa is home to 11 languages and a population of 4,651,817.

Algeria

Algeria is Africa's largest nation, with a population of 44.1 million and 2,381,740 square kilometers. The country's national animal is the world's smallest fox, measuring up to six inches, the fennec fox.

Sahara Desert

The Sahara desert isn't just Africa's largest desert, but the world's! The Sahara stretches 3,000 miles across Africa and is 1,100 miles wide, covering ten countries. The Sahara desert also is so large that you can see its dust clouds from space.
