Comparative law

- Comparative analysis : Different countries handle criminal cases in varied ways. ex: USA (Amy Fisher, 1993): parole for young offenders + Focus on rehabilitation rahter then lifleong incarceration ex:Germany (Lonely Hearts Killer, 2008): Life imprisonment with preventive detention. could remain incarcerated indefinitely if threat. - This concept of preventive detention could be applied to the Hattab-Sarraud-Subra case for public safety.
