In 6+ years of experience in tech companiesI have collaboratively ideated, launched and grown a wide range of products to 15+ partners (B2B and B2C) as well as internal products. THE FIRST PRODUCT

RIPE PULSE - an Order Management System built in-house to enable companies to follow and manage the production and delivery of customized e-commerce orders.

❓ PROBLEM

Our B2B partners managed e-commerce orders with Excel, given that existing Order Management Systems in the market couldn't handle the complexity of made-to-order and customized orders.

A tailored OMS that automatically tracks orders and their fulfillment status by integrating with external e-commerce platforms and factories. Our B2B partners can easily oversee, manage, and analyze order progress without manual efforts.

  • The product was implemented and used throughout the whole company, reducing the manual tasks and replacing 9 tools
  • Learned (the hard way) how to

    • write requirements
    • write other product-led documentation
  • Received an invite for a permanent role

THE SECOND PRODUCT

CLICK & COLLECT (C&C) - An omnichannel solution for an Enterprise client to allow their customer placing orders online and picking-up in store.

πŸ’‘ PROPOSED SOLUTION
❓ PROBLEM

Our enterprise partner aimed to bridge the gap between online and physical commerce while encouraging customers to visit stores more frequently, thereby boosting retail sales.

A click & collect option at checkout allowing customers to choose a store for order pickup, with stores addresses and opening hours provided for their convenience.

  • The solution was adopted immediatelly by our partner and still used today
  • Other 3 partners implemented this solution in the meantime
  • Since the implementation by end of 2020, 58k+ products were collected in store, representing Β£12,9M in GMV (only live in 1 country)

- Ability to define a max limit, per store, of C&C orders to be accepted (given the physycal storage space they had). Above that limit, the C&C option is hidden on the website. Ability to filter C&C option on checkout based on the product type (e.g.: hidden for perishable products, high-value products,..)

THE THIRD PRODUCT

ROOMS AGAINST COVID - A platform linking healthcare professionals with owners of empty Airbnbs.

*with the support of GuestCentric (portuguese CEO)**with the support of HiJiffy (portuguese company)

It all started with a simple MVP: the healthcare professionals and property owners contacted us via form which would trigger a manual contact by the volunteering team

A few weeks later, we launched - a direct booking solution* - a live chat solution** to allow for a faster booking and live support

And we were on TV!

❓ PROBLEM

The country faced one of its most significant crises amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, with numerous healthcare professionals risking their families' health by going back home after exposure to patients.

Creating a database of available Airbnbs for healthcare professionals, by contacting property owners through various channels; in parallel, create a solution to receive requests from healthcare professionals.

  • We've created a database comprising 800+ Airbnbs and facilitated accommodation for ~1000 healthcare professionals for 10.000+ nights
  • Learned how to work in a hyper fast-paced environment and do fast-furious decision-making
  • The Portuguese President, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, publicly recognized and congratulated our initiative

THE FOURTH PRODUCT*

FURNITURE E-COMMERCE - A logistical solution to allow selling products with specific transport requirements

Implementing new platform logic to automatically identify product categories and assign transportation to carriers meeting the necessary conditions. This also included managing new contracts with carriers.

Our enterprise partner aimed to enhance online sales by expanding the product range in the digital catalog, focusing on items requiring specific transportation conditions (big volumes).

  • Since there was no availability in the roadmap, there was a collaborative effort to work on a solution with no technical developments
  • I learned to create testing plans taking into consideration multiple scenarios and personas
