A walkthrough of the web version of ExecuTime This version is primarily used by Admin, Development, and Athletics, as well as supervisors in charge of approving time.

Log in to view the home screen
This is the screen you will see when you first open ExecuTime. You'll need to log in with your city username and password, which is connected to your Single Sign On (SSO). This username also doubles as the handle for your email.

Check your time card history
You can always go back and check your clock in/out times, your PTO usage, overtime, and compensatory time. Be sure to keep an eye on your time card to make sure it's correct and accurate.

Approve Your Time
Every two weeks you must approve your timesheet for the pay period. Once you have approved it, the time sheet will go to your supervisors. When your supervisor has approved it, it can go to payroll.
