Keep in mind that MOR bookings are considered outside bookings. Here are the reasons why:

For inside bookings, the travel agent must contact Travel Desk through the InteleHelp Hub.​

The ATOL certificate for an outside booking is provided by the supplier. ​

Let's remember that when an ITA is requesting the ATOL certicate:

To start the MOR transfer funds process, we must have the following information to submit the request Suzanne Etheridge:

Provide the instructons to submit a refund request for MOR bookings through InteleHelp hub with the supporting documents.

Request to the ITA the booking cancellation document to remove the booking from the active bookings in the commission report.
