Fistball is a team sport in which players use their fists to hit the ball.

This game comes from ancient Rome and is most popular in Germany or Austria, and also in places like Brazil outside of Europe.

The rules of the game

The goal of the game is to hit the ball to the opponent's side in a way that the opposing team is unable to effectively return it.

Team composition

The team has six players, each with a specific position on the field. There are attackers, defenders, and a goalkeeper in the lineup.

Ball

For fistball, we use a special ball, usually made of rubber or leather, with a diameter of about 20 centimeters.

Scoring

The team scores a point when the opposing team cannot return the ball effectively.
