Julia

Julia was the show lead by Diahann Carroll , an American TV sitcom that was the first weekly series to feature an African-American woman in a non-stereotypical role. Previous television series featured African-American leads, but the characters were generally servants. The show ran for 86 episodes on NBC from 1968 to 1971.

"Dear Basketball'

Almost two years after his retirement, the former Lakers fullback was nominated with animator Glen Keane for the animated film "Dear Basketball", which adapts on the big screen a love letter to his sport written by the five-time NBA champion, which moved all lovers of the orange ball. Sport, and basketball in particular, is a great symbole for Black Pop Culture in USA.
