Cruel Prince tells the story of a mortal girl who finds herself caught in a web of royal intrigue. Jude was 7 years old when her parents were murdered and was forced along with her sisters to live in the Fairy Kingdom. Ten years later, all she wants is to be like them – beautiful and immortal – and truly belong to the Faerie Kingdom, despite her mortality. But the Fairies despise humans, especially Prince Cardan, the youngest, most beautiful, and cruelest son of the Great King Eldred. To earn a seat on the High Court, she must defy him and face the consequences. Embroiled in palace intrigues and betrayals, Jude discovers a knack for trickery and bloodshed.
