In this scenario, we'll have a worker complete a new employee task created in Onboard. We'll begin by using the product as an administrator to deliver a new task via Onboard, then transition to the worker view as they complete the task.

Begin by adding a new Flow for onboarding employees. Click "Add Flow".

The Flow consists of different Task types such as information to consume, questions to answer, or documents to sign. Once the Flow is designed, click Next.

Click Publish to assign it to the new worker!

Click ACCESS YOUR PORTAL to get started with this flow.

Now, let's see how this looks for the worker.

Under To do, we see there's an onboarding flow to complete.

After reading the quick intro to the flow, click I'VE READ IT.
