This clickable walkthrough will take you through the process of Fountain Onboard as an administrator and worker.

Begin by adding a new Flow for onboarding employees. Click "Add Flow".
In this scenario, we'll have a worker complete a new employee task created in Onboard. We'll begin by using the product as an administrator to deliver a new task via Onboard, then transition to the worker view as they complete the task.

The Flow consists of different Task types such as information to consume, questions to answer, or documents to sign. Once the Flow is designed, click Next.

Click Publish to assign it to the new worker!
