Your mission :
You are a preschool assistant(1) and you work with five-year-old children. It is nap(2) time and you have to tell them a story. Read the story of Peter Pan.
Méthode de travail : La version de l'histoire étudiée en classe est adaptée aux enfants (simplifiée et abrégée). Elle est divisée en 6 chapitres. Les chapitres ont une longueur comprise entre 15 et 25 lignes et comportent de la narration et des dialogues. Chaque chapitre fera l'objet d'une C.E. afin d'être compris au mieux, et d'un entraînement oral. La lecture de chaque chapitre sera évaluée séparément.

Le rythme de la phrase anglaise est différent du rythme français.
Exercice 1 : Accent de phrase : repérage - Dans chacune des phrases suivantes, surligne les mots qui doivent être accentués (mots-clés) :

toutes les syllabes d'un mot et tous les mots ont la même importance et se prononceront avec le même rythme. certains mots et certaines syllabes d'un mot ont plus d'importance que d'autres. On insistera davantage sur eux lors de la prononciation.

-> les mots en gras sont des mots lexicaux / mots-clés car, à eux seuls, ils portent le sens de la phrase : Hier / Mary / Mustapha / ont mangé / délicieux poulet rôti / beaucoup / frites. Ce sont donc eux que l'on accentuera lors de la prononciation.
2) L'ACCENT DE MOT
Dans chaque mot accentué, au moins une syllabe est elle-même accentuée. L'accent de chaque mot s'apprend en même temps que son orthographe.
