Trouble with Scratch sound?
It happens! And it's not just YOU! See the options below to *hopefully* restore your Scratch sounds.
Skip the sound portion of the lesson.
Use the touch screen on your laptop to access the sound tab instead of your mouse or track pad.
Try another browser. Microsoft Edge usually works!
Call CCA Tech Line. Ask them to uninstall and reinstall the Chrome browser.

Mrs. Wagner has taught coding for 2 years and has worked at CCA for 4 years. She is married with 3 kids. She enjoys being outdoors with her family, two dogs, and two bunnies, reading books, and gardening. Mrs. Cerquone has been teaching for 19 years, 9 of them here at CCA! She has been teaching coding for the past two years. Mrs. Cerquone is married and has two children and a friendly cat. She enjoys doing all things outdoors, and spending time with her family members and friends.

Trouble sharing in Zoom?
THE SOLUTION Students need to be logged into edio on their browser and logged into nothing on their Zoom app on the Windows desktop. (See image) Students who have this issue are likely signed into the Zoom app on their laptops. If they SIGN OUT of the Zoom app BEFORE their Zoom class, their ability to share their screen will be restored.
