How can we move/balance like excellent gymnasts? ‘Excellent’ refers to when pupils are being silent, extending their fingers and toes and when they make a shape/balance and are able to hold it still for at least 4 seconds. Why is important that we apply extension to our movements? How can we use a range of apparatus to support our creativity? What is Unison? Unison means performing a movement together at the same time. How can we move our bodies in unison? What does the word, 'flow,' mean? This is when a gymnast moves from one action to another without stopping. What different parts of our bodies can we move and balance on? Can pupils tell you why certain movements/ balances are excellent? Can we make improvements to our partner pairs' work, identifying strengths and weaknesses?
