Best Practices
Throughout the CRIMSI Pilot, leaders will engage in progress monitoring cycles focused on continuous improvement and fidelity of implementation for HQIM pilot products. The progress monitoring cycle leaders will engage in likely mirrors existing processes in districts and campuses. However, in these progress monitoring cycles, we ask leaders to use CRIMSI tools. During the progress monitoring cycle, leaders will:
Analyze progress monitoring data/artifacts with the Implementation Team to identify trends, patterns, barriers, and next steps.
Use the Vision Walk Tool to identify trends across multiple classrooms.
Review the CRIMSI Deliverables Dashboard to monitor participant engagement in high-quality professional learning.
Submit progress monitoring data prior to scheduled progress meetings.
Collect additional artifacts of HQIM implementation, such as student work samples, CRIMSI coach observations, and curriculum-embedded assessment data.
Progress monitoring cycles occur between Progress Meeting Sessions on a six-week cycle.
