ORAL MEDIATION

Part 1

Introduce yourselves (1 min)

Part 2

Each candidate will get a different text related to the same topic.You have to read and prepare it. (7-8 mins)

You cannot write what you are going to say - you can only write 4-5 key words.

Candidates must transmit the information in their text to the other candidates in order to resolve a communicative situation and reach an agreement. (8-10mins)

Example

Your friend Antonia wants to start a diet. You and your friends are concerned that it might harm her health. Each of you have searched for information about different diets to help Antonia lose weight without losing health, and you have found different articles related to the topic. Share the points from your article that you think might help Antonia, and together, prepare what you are going to say to her about the topic the next time you meet with her.
