The Home Button takes you to YOUR drive with all of YOUR file and folders - not just your recent files/folders

WorkSpace

Workspaces are another way Google Drive makes it easy to find the content that matters most. Shortcut links to files are added to the Workspace where you can conveniently organize them as you wish, while the files themselves remain stored in their original location. This eliminates the need to search your entire Drive for frequently accessed files.

Shared

Files/Folders Shared with you

Displays files that have been shared with you. These files aren’t included in your My Drive by default, but can be added as you see fit.

Files

Displays your entire drive with 2 tabs 1 for YOUR drive and 1 for Shared files/drive

Recent Files/Folder

The app automatically opens to your most recently accessed files/folders. This is not everything in your drive.

Search

Using the search bar you can search for the file. You can seach by owner/editor, date, part of the name, or file type

The Menu brings up other options.

• Recent - shows your most recent files/folders
• Starred will show your files/folders you marked/starred
• Offline - shows files/folders you marked as offline (meaning you can download them to your deivce and edit them without the internet
• Spaces shows your workspaces
• Trash - deleted files/folders
• Notifications you you have set on files/folders - like when someone makes an edit
• Settings, Help and Storage ammount
