Positive points

1-Motivators: by sharing stories of overcoming and success, influencers can make you identify with them. 2-Help with techniques: fashion, study, gastronomy, food, health...

Negative points

-Aesthetic pressure: share a false image of their bodies, which can lead to problems of low self-esteem and comparisons; -Bad habits: record themselves drinking alcohol and smoking, which can change some people's mentality; -Falsification of reality: sometimes they show things around them that don't belong to them, which can lead some people to believe and thus affect their mental health.
