Hello, my name is Maxime Duc, i live in Abbeville.I go to professional cooking hight school, the Marquenterre in Rue. I have did my internship at Abbeville at the restaurant "La Boucherie". positioned at 3 Rue Jean Mennesson, 80100 Abbeville France. The date i have did my internship was 27/11/2023 - 22/12/2023.

Presentation of the internship site

The restaurant "La Boucherie" is positionned in the center of the city called "La Sucrerie". He is positionned here because of the hight population visitor, for example, there is a movie theater in here, a supermarket and a gym "basic fit"... But the problem is, at "La Sucrerie" there is to much restaurant, and he is not the number one restaurant in here, there is "Buger King" that rob client from the restaurant "La Boucherie".

The post in the kitchen is two cook, the chief that is in the hot kitchen, he do the dish like meat, burger, fries... and one cook that is doing the cold, he do the dessert and the entries like ice cream... a plank with cold cuts...
