Main Duties

  • Responsibe for driving Eurotunnel's Passenger and Freight trains via The Channel Tunnel.
  • Responsible for supervising commercial operations, the safety of passengers and their vehicles.
  • Perform duties in conformance with working documents, including primary responsibility for resolving technical faults in normal and degraded situations, and completion of incident/accident reports.
  • Ensuring the commercial operations are carried out to time.
  • Responsible for ensuring continous safety of Crew Members and passengers on-board.
  • Ensure quality of service to customers on-board by managing Crew Member activities in support of the customers' needs.
