All clubs must submit their signed constitutions to the Activities Office. Clubs that do not hand in a constitution will be placed on the inactive list and will have to meet with the Coordinator of Student Activities for reinstatement.

Initial Meeting with All Clubs to go over expectations and requirements

Clubs must submit their signed intent to renew sheet to the Activities Office by this date. Clubs that do not hand in an intent to renew sheet will be placed on the inactive list and will have to go through the new club process at the start of the 24-25 school year.

All clubs must hold at least 1 meeting once per month and run at least 2-3 activities. Agendas must be created for these meetings to be included with your intent to renew sheet submission in May.
