With an extremely tight end result of the Nov. elections, Democrats have opted for stacking committees in an attempt to further their party's agenda. Ultimately though, very little changes are anticipated from this session because of the near-balanced numbers on both sides. This session, however, may prove detrimental for Governor Youngkin, who needs a Republican legislative majority to achieve many core points of his platform. Democrats' bills will largely be vetoed nonetheless.
