Missison:

Year One at NDA

Responsibilities involved:Site assessment and preparation Planning and design Managing conventinal and radiolgical risks Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Stakeholder engagement

12 month placemenet with the NDA

Training modules in civil engineering and design,nuclear decommissioning, nuclear safety and project management.

Foundational Training

Entry Level Projects

Setting personal development goals. Networking within the nuclear sector. Preparation for more complex responsibilites.

Proffesional Development

Year two at NDA

Responsibilities involved:Designing infrastructure for waste projects. Assisting in decommisioning 2 nuclear sites Maintaining active nuclear sites Assisting evelopment of new nuclear projects Stakeholder engagement

6 month placements at Sellafield & NWS

More practical experience at sites.
