cUIDADOS DURANTE A GRAVIDEZ

A gravidez é um período que dura cerca de 40 semanas (280 dias) e é o resultado do processo de fecundação de um ovócito por um espermatozoide. A gravidez envolve o desenvolvimento do feto no interior do útero da mulher. É um momento bastante delicado na vida de uma mulher e envolve modificações no corpo e alterações psicológicas.

O que é a Gravidez?

• Atraso menstrual;
• Aumento dos seios;
• Hipersensibilidade dos mamilos;
• Aumento do volume abdominal;
• Aumento do sono e da fome;

• Náuseas e vómitos;
• Tonturas;
• Cansaço...

Durante a gravidez deve-se usar roupas práticas, confortáveis e largas. A utilização de roupa que aperte muito a região perineal, pode favorecer o aparecimento de vaginite e eritema devido ao calor. Os sapatos devem ser confortáveis, com estabilidade, uma vez que os sapatos de tacão alto ou completamente rasos, não são indicados devido à alteração do centro de gravidade da mulher.

Como deve ser o vestuário durante uma gravidez?

Uma rigorosa higiene regular do corpo é importante porque durante a gravidez as alterações hormonais e metabólicas aumentam a atividade das glândulas sudoríparas e sebáceas. Caso as secreções se acumulem na pele, o mais provável é evidenciarem-se irritações e infecções cutâneas.

Neste rabalho concluímos que é impotante ter uma dieta equilibrada, rica em nutrientes e evitar alimentos que possam representar riscos para a saúde do bebé. As atividades físicas devem ser leves, as consultas são importantes para o bem estar do bebé. Os cuidados durante a gravides visam garantir uma gravidez sadável e segura, tanto para a mãe quanto para o bebé.
