Verification Forms
You were given a papercopy of your course requests in your social studies class. Use this form to make any changes to your course requests. Have your parent sign the form and bring it to your counselor meeting.

- 10th – 1/15 and 1/16
- 9th – 1/22 and 1/23

Final Schedule Change Deadline
How to Request a Change
An email will be sent out with a link to request a change. Please check your email and do not miss the deadline. The only exception to this deadline is program changes and AP/ADV/IB drops after the first 6 weeks.
