THE MISSION

You are a junior doctor in Toowoomba Hospital and you have just turned up to your first shift in the Paediatric Department. The night doctor has run off to a code blue. As he runs out of the ward he shouts: "There is a new patient in room 2 that you need to see." The head nurse has directed you to see the patient in room 2. He warns: "You will need to handover this patient to the Consultant Paediatrician. She will expect you to know the diagnosis and use the ISBAR handover format. Ward round is in 15 minutes!" You will need to solve the clues and make the correct diagnosis to handover to the Consultant Paediatrician in 20 minutes.
