A certificated repair station must ensure it has a sufficient number of supervisors to direct the work performed under the repair station certificate and operations specifications

A certificated repair station must ensure that persons performing inspections under the repair station certificate and operations specifications are
Familiar with the applicable regulations in this chapter and with the inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools used to determine the airworthiness of the article on which maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations are being performed
Each inspector must
Proficient in using the various types of inspection equipment and visual inspection aids appropriate for the article being inspected
Understand, read and write english
Return to service personnel requirements
Personnel authorized to approve an article for return to service
Inside USA the return to service mus have certificate of mechanic or repairman under part 65
Outside USA must have 18 months of experience
Familiar with regulations 43, 65 and 145 as minimum.

Personnel records are important, there are two types of records required under 145.161

The records must be maintained and made available in a format acceptable to the FAA
A certificated repair station must have and use an employee training program approved by the FAA that consists of initial and recurrent training
Training requirements
