You are staying at the Shangri-La Hotel in Dubai. Using indirect questions, politely ask the receptionist about the following information.
1. free Wi-Fi in the hotel - yes/no 2. the time when breakfast is served 3. room-to-room dialing code? 4. what floor is the gym on? 5. laundry service - yes/no When you have finished, thank the receptionist and ask them to call a taxi for you.

At the ticket office: Customer
You want to book a flight to London with British Airways. Using indirect questions, politely ask the ticket agent about the following information:

1. the cost of the flight to London 2. hours of the flight 3. the time the plane departure 4. baggage weight restriction 5. meals served on the flight (yes/no)
