Agenda 2023 is an action program for people and the planet, which directs humanity towards sustainable development through 17 goals.
On 25 September 2015, the 193 member countries of the UN adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The agenda has been in force since 2016 with its 17 objectives.
Goal 7 deals with ensuring access to energy services that are convenient, reliable and modern by 2030;
BY 20230:
increase energy production from renewable sources in a sustainable way.
reduce production costs to make energy more accessible.
use less electricity through greater energy efficiency.
We can't do much, but we can help with small actions: Turning off the lights when they are not needed and making use of sunlight. Use less heat energy like air conditioners when no one is home and during the night.
