What are we going to talk about? Why did we choose the crab and the snake?

Characteristics
-They have an internal skeleton or an endoskeleton. -They have bilateral symmetry and their bodies are divided into head, trunks and limbs. -They generally have four limbs in the form of a leg, wing or fin.-The most common remains (fossils) are usually teeth and bones, but eggs, excrement and soft tissues such as hair, skin, feathers or cartilage are also preserved.

They regulate their temperature, walking, jumping or standing only on their hind limbs, while the front limbs have evolved. Fossil evidence and numerous biological analyzes have shown that birds are theropod dinosaurs.

Reptiles can be carnivores, insectivores or herbivores. They usually have short limbs and scales. Its skin is quite thin and is covered by a horny epidermis.
They live in every natural habitats on the Earth. They normally have their bodies covered in fur. They are born from the mother's womb (viviparous) and feed their young with milk through the mammary glands.

Mollusks make up one of the great phyla of the animal kingdom. They are non-segmented invertebrates, with a soft body, naked or protected by a shell. Mollusks are the most numerous invertebrates after arthropods, and include such well-known forms as clams, machas, razor clams, oysters, cuttlefish, etc. It is estimated that there may be around 100,000 living species and 35,000 extinct species.
Porifera, known as sea sponges, are aquatic animals. They are filters thanks to a system of pores, channels and chambers that generate water currents caused by the movement of flagellated cells: choanocytes. There are about nine thousand species of sponges in the world,2 of which only about one hundred and fifty live in fresh water.
Echinoderms are important both ecologically and geologically. Most echinoderms are capable of reproducing asexually and regenerating tissues, organs, and limbs; In some cases, they can undergo complete regeneration from a single limb. The value of echinoderms lies in their ossified skeletons, which contribute greatly to many limestone formations.
More than 16,700 species have been described,4 including polychaete marine worms, earthworms, leeches, and other related worms. In popular language, several groups of invertebrates are usually brought together under the name "worms", a term without any taxonomic value; many of the similarities between these worm phyla are evolutionary convergences with no phylogenetic value.
Arthropods constitute the most numerous and diverse phylum in the animal kingdom. The group includes invertebrate animals equipped with an external skeleton and articulated appendages; insects, arachnids, crustaceans and myriapods, among others.
Jellyfish are primarily free-swimming marine animals with umbrella-like bells and trailing tentacles. The medusa is normally the sexual phase, which produces planula larvae; These then disperse widely and enter a sedentary polyp phase, before reaching sexual maturity..

Snakes are characterized by their absence of legs. Some make venomous bites to kill their prey and later ingest them. More than 450 genera and 3,460 species are recognized. Snakes are believed to derive from some type of lizard. Most snakes reproduce by laying eggs. All snakes are carnivorous. The anatomy of snakes is especially adapted to be able to move without limbs. Despite this, they are capable of swimming, diving, climbing, jumping or digging and some species can even glide. They usually live around 10 years.

Crabs are crustaceans that live in both fresh and salt waters and can live at the bottom of the sea or in the depths of the earth. Their diet includes algae, fungi, plankton, fish, other crustaceans... They have a solid body and have 5 pairs of legs, 2 of them are usually their pincers. Their eyes are compound and pedunculated. The male lives approximately 5 years and the female 3 years. They reach sexual maturity at 2 years and the female lays about 200,000 eggs.

Conclussion
By doing this work, we have learned many interesting things about animals. But at the same time we have greatly improved our technological skills and our way of presenting in English. We have really enjoyed it and we are grateful that we can do this together.
To carry out this project, we started by going to the computer room, where we used the biology hours. We have also completed it during weekends or free time at our homes, or we have agreed in summers to be able to carry it out. We also completed it during the ski trip. The means we have used to carry it out have been: Wikipedia, Google and our biology book.
