Thank you for your attention

Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking paper and cook on the bottom shelf of the oven for 1 hour until the meringues are completely hard and come away easily from the paper. Let cool.

Blend some of the strawberries. In a large bowl, beat the cream with the sugar until it holds its shape. Mash approximately 3/4 of the meringues and add them to the chopped strawberries and stir. Then mix with the strawberry sauce. Distribute into bowls and crush the remaining meringues, scattering the pieces over the top.

Sauce

  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic cloves
  • Brown sugar
  • sesame oil
  • chicken broth
  • cornstarch

Heat the oven and line a large baking tray with baking paper. Beat the egg whites in a clean bowl using an electric mixer until stiff and then add the sugar in 3 batches, beating each time until stiff peaks form.

While the vegetables are cooking, we make a simple garlic sauce. The sauce is poured over the vegetables and then cooked until it thickens.

Hello! Today we are going to talk about the Stir-fry cooking recipe, and for dessert an Eton Mess recipe

The first step is to prepare the vegetables. We add red and yellow peppers, peas, broccoli, carrots and mushrooms. We add some corn and water chestnuts to the mixture and put everything to cook.

Then we can add rice or eat it as it is.
