kEY CONCEPTS REVIEW
uNDERSTAND THE HERO'S JOURNEY
Questions for the readings
1. What is this story about? List the main topics and provide examples (some quotes from the story) 2. Who are the main characters? What is their best trait? And their biggest flaw? 3. What is the plot? What do they do? What do they have to do? 4. Have you found anything funny in the story? What? Can you give me a quote or two? 5. Is this story important? Why? Why not? 6. What do you think about writing stories from other stories? Is it okay? Is it like copying? Extra: identify the Hero's Journey in one of the readings (I highly recomend you to do this with Treasure Island) Hand your answers to the teacher for each reading. Be clever and listen to your partners opinions and ideas on class, you can use whatever we discuss if you do it right! You can hand over a printed document or, if you feel creative, a link to a project on Canva, Genially, Social Media, etc.
