“So, have you thought about where you want to apply for a job?"

" Yes, I have. At least I have already thought about my hard and soft skills, and where they might be useful. I’ve been thinking about working in or with technology."

" Oh yes, I can imagine that working for you."

"Yes, me too. That's why I want to see what kind of jobs are offered by this one company in our town that provides IT security."

"Mark, you mentioned thinking about your skills. How did you check the jobs they might suit best?"

" First, I asked myself what my strengths and weaknesses were in general. Then I thought about which profession I could best use my strengths in, as well as a profession that could help me to work on my weaknesses. And last but not least, what my hard and soft skills are and where I could use them. That's how it all came together."
