MY stage

I did my stage at "QC terme Torino". My working hours were from 11:30 a.m to 6:30 p.m. During my stage i took care of setting up the buffet for the lunch and for the aperitif, i welcomed customers and explain how worked. At the end of the lunch i would clean the tables and buffet to prepare the room for the aperitif. In the afternoon during the aperitif i was at the bar counter, i delivered the trays wIth snack. At the bar counter sometimes I made coffee, I served the drinks like Crodini and Campari.

QC terme is open 365 days a year The opening hours are: Monday = 9:00 a.m - 11:00 p.m Tuesday = 9:00 a.m - 11:00 p.m Wednesday = 9:00 a.m - 11:00 p.m Thursday = 9:00 a.m - 11:00 p.m Friday = 9:00 a.m - 12 p.m Saturday = 9:00 a.m - 12 p.m Sunday = 9:00 a.m - 11:00 p.m

THe bistro'

Lunch and aperitif were made in the same room at different times. The room is on the ground floor, there’s a bar at the entrance whit red and withe wine selfservice. Buffet buffet was divided into sweet in the middle of the room, varied food at the sides of the room, first courses in a different table. The lunch time was divided into 3 rounds: miday, 1 p.m, 2 p.m The aperitif was divided into 4 rounds from 4 p.m to 9 p.m

The buffet of the lunch offered : cold cuts, cheese, fresh products like salad, carrots, tomatoes etc... With an extra there were the firt caurses 3 colds and 3 hot dishes The beverages were red and withe wine, the beer and the water. In the buffet of the aperitif there was pizza, fied, sancks and other food. The beverages were Prosecco, Rosè, Crodini, Campari, flavoured water and beer.

FINAL OPINIONs

I'm satisfated because i lernt a lot, the experience has been very formative because i understand how to live in a work place. I was very good expecially with my colleagues who have always supported me.
