To be healthy again after a period of illness: I love to see that you´re back on your feet after such a terrible experience.

To be extremely pale due to fear or illness: She was as pale as a dog when the teacher asked her to do a presentation in front of the class.

-To break down

-To black out

To lose conciousness, to faint, to pass out: The football player blacked out after being hit by another player.

To lose control of one's emotions, to have a nervous collapse The suspect broke down while being questioned in court.

To start feeling extremely worried or frightened. To start sweating while feeling cold due to an illness or infection: When I had the flu, I broke out in a cold sweat every time I moved.
