Gospel Message
God loves you so much that He wants you to live with Him in heaven someday .
But since God is perfect, He cannot allow anyone into His heavenly home who is not perfect. And none of us are perfect.
We ALL do things that are wrong, things that are not pleasing to God. That’s because all of us (even you) were born with something called a sin nature.
That sinful nature makes us always want to have our own way—not our parents’ way, not even God’s way, but OUR way.
God knows, of course, that we can never be perfect, so He made a way for us to still be able to go to heaven. He sent His own Son, Jesus Christ, to save us. Jesus Christ came to earth as both God and man in one perfect person. He was the only person ever without any sin. And that means He was the only one who could take away the punishment we all deserve.
He went to the cross and died for your sins, for my sins, for everyone’s sins.
Now God promises in the Bible that if you believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, you will be saved. Believing is the same as trusting that God means what He says. No one can believe for you—you must do it all by yourself. You can tell God the Father, in your silent thoughts, that you believe His Son died for you and that you accept that free gift to live with Him in heaven, forever.
