Sport is any physical activity that involves, skill, coordination and focus, with elements of competition where rules. Sports can be played in teams or induviduals. People do sports because is a physical activity that helps our health in diferents ways and besides is a good activity to have fun, especially if you do a team sport where your teammates are your friends.
