Ingredients:

- Biscuits 180 g
- Nutella 500 g
- Chopped hazelnuts 30 g
- Butter 80 g
- Cream cheese 500 g
STEP 1
To prepare the Nutella cheesecake, start by preparing the base: melt the butter in a saucepan over very low heat, then let it cool. Meanwhile, pour the dry biscuits into the mixer, then blend them until you get a powder and place them in a bowl; Add the melted butter and let it cool slightly.
STEP 2
Mix well until you get a sandy mixture. Grease a cake tin with a diameter of 24 cm and line it with parchment paper.Then pour the biscuit mixture inside and with the help of a spoon compact well, in order to create the biscuit base; Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or in the freezer for about ten minutes

Dedicate yourself to the filling: pour the cream cheese into a bowl and add a tablespoon of Nutella, then mix well with a whisk or spatula
STEP 4
Inglese At this point, add the rest of the Nutella and continue to mix with the whisk until you get a smooth cream. Take the cake pan out of the fridge and pour the cheese and Nutella mixture over the now solidified biscuit base.

Level the surface well with a spatula, cover it with plastic wrap and let it set in the refrigerator for at least hours (even better if overnight). Then transfer the cheesecake to a serving dish and decorate with chopped hazelnuts. Serve your Nutella cheesecake chilled
