Use will have + past participle to talk about an action that is going to be completed at or before a given time in the future.

By the end of the week, I’ll have taken the last exam of this semester.

You often use the future perfect simple with expressions using by: I’ll have finished all my exams by the end of the week. I’ll have finished work by five o’clock.

PERFECT INFINITIVES

Use hope, expect, plan or intend to indicate that an action will or might take place before a specified time in the future.

By this time next year, I plan to have saved enough money to buy a car. We intend to have graduated by the end of the year.
