The rice cooker has a steamer basket
- 1 liter of unsweetened fresh milk
- 150 grams of granulated sugar
- 30 grams of unsalted butter

First, add 120gr of sugar, 100ml of water and bring to a boil (not boiling) on the stove with the lowest heat. When you find the sugar water is slightly yellow, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Continue cooking until the sugar turns into brown cockroach wings, then turn off the stove.
Step 2 Next, add 70ml of filtered water and hold it around until it blends. Finally, pour 1 tablespoon of just-made caramel into each flan mold and place in the frige to harden.
Next, heat 500ml of unsweetened fresh milk until the surface of the milk is steaming hot (do not boil). Then slowly pour the milk into the egg bowl, stirring while pouring to combine.
Finally, filter the egg and milk mixture through a sieve to remove residue and make it smoother.
Step 3 Put in a bowl 6 egg yolks, 4 eggs (both yolks and whites), 50g sugar, and stir gently in one direction to avoid creating too many air bubbles.
Step 4 Slowly pour the custard mixture into the caramel cake mold, remember to tilt the mold and pour gently to avoid creating air bubbles, otherwise the cake will have pits after steaming.
Next, close the lid of the cake mold.

- To know whether the cake is done or not, use a toothpick to skewer it into the cake. If it comes out clean and doesn't have any sticky residue, it's good.

Next, put the cakes in a basket and place the basket over a pot of boiling water. Cover the pot and steam the cake over low-medium heat for 20 minutes.
- To prevent the cake from pitting, you should steam it over low heat so it cooks slowly. If you adjust the heat to high, the egg mixture will boil, making the cake prone to pitting.
