• Timothy Walter Burton was born in 1958 in Burbank California , an American town not too far from Hollywood , Disney , Columbia and Warner warehouses .

• Thanks to his talent, at the age of 18 he won a scholarship offered by Disney which allowed him to continue cultivating his passion at the California Institute of the Arts in Valencia

• In 1979 he officially became one of the animators and took part in the making of the feature film Red and Toby.

Vincent is a work lasting around five minutes made in black and white using the stop motion. The short tells the story of a boy who fantasizes about horror adventures and the myth of him,Vincent Price. Vincent Malloy is none other than Burton as a child with his passion for horror stories, Edgar Allan Poe and, above all, Price.
